I offer one-to-one Mindfulness Coaching to individuals. You may be new to Mindfulness practice or you may want to improve your existing practice.
I will guide you through formal mediations and we will explore together your experience of living a more mindful life. We will work out a schedule that fits in with you and the things that really matter to you.
Typically we will meet for an hour once a month 4-6 months.
£65 for a 60 minute session. Longer sessions can be arranged.
